1. Pink Rabbit – known for its great wine collection and signature cocktails with awesome happy hour specials
Pearl District’s Pink Rabbit has blue velvet booths for comfy modern seating and offers Asian fusion cuisine.
Their happy hour is from 12 pm to 7 pm every day. Spicy nuts are $2, wonton nachos are $10, and kimchi fried rice is $9 among other happy hour specials. Try their Bunny Club (Lewis & Clark Rum), (Paloma Batanga Reposado Tequila), or Economist (Campari) cocktails during their happy hour ranging from $7 to $10 per serving.

2. Portland City Grill – this stylish and popular restaurant offers happy hour goes from 4pm – 7pm and from 9pm to close
Portland City Grill is located in the US Bancorp building in Downtown Portland.
Taste locally sourced seafood in an upscale dining environment that overlooks the Willamette River. They have a main, house favorites, dessert, and happy hour menus.

Swift Lounge specializes in cocktails served in mason jars and serving up fondue fries in this laid-back getaway located in the Sullivan’s Gulch neighborhood.
Their happy hour is called Jolly Hour from 4 pm to 8 pm Monday through Saturday and on Sundays from 4 pm to 2 am.
Nate’s Chicken Sandwich and Hawaiian Mac Salad are a couple of main dishes that can go with your regular or vegan fondue fries. If you’re not feeling that cheesy when you visit, you can also get standard hand-cut fries while you listen to one of the live musical performances for the night.

Howdy partner! Go back to cowboy times with the saloon vibe bar adorned with hardwood decor. Chris Navarra and Dan Hart opened the Boise District’s Interurban, which was the second stellar restaurant from this local dynamic entrepreneurial duo.
Ride on over to their daily happy hours from 4 pm to 6 pm to enjoy wine by the glass for $5, a mug of beer for $2 to $4, $5 standard cocktails, and $2 jello shots. Drink up and saddle up for a good time!

The Observatory in the Montavilla District is your destination for elegant suppers serving up classic American dishes and inventive craft cocktails.

Rum Club in the Buckman District enhances the party uniquely with a horseshoe-shaped bar area. Their specialty is serving tropical cocktails and Asian fusion small bites.
Happy hour is Monday through Thursday from 3 pm to 5 pm and on Sundays from 3 pm to 12 am. Yakisoba, pan-fried dumplings, and fried rice are on the menu with coconut rum cake for dessert.

Their happy hour is from 5 pm to 6 pm every day $3 Hawaiian bread, $5 Puaa Pork Sliders, and $6 tropical craft cocktails.
Prepare to drink up because rum and rum cocktails are on the menu! The Mai Tai, Suffering Bastard, and Zombie Punch are some of their delicious exotic cocktails featured. Consider trying their Poke, Crab Ragoon Dip, or Pork Sandwich.

12. Wonderly – a trendy cocktail bar with a daily happy hour
Wonderly is a cocktail bar based in the Cully District. Happy hour is every day from 5 pm to 6 pm with $8 alcoholic beverages including whiskey, margarita, gin, and cava.
Small bar plates include Castel Vetrano olives, shrimp cocktail, Brussel sprouts, french fries with a malt vinegar aioli, and fried cheese curds.
If you’re staying for dessert, try a unique olive oil cake for a sweet ending to a delicious meal.
